Winner of the Free Registration for the AUGS/IUGA Joint Scientific Meeting in Washington, D.C.
Last year during the annual meeting in Brisbane and this year during April-June, the IUGA office conducted a survey to help us better understand members’ needs and identify focus areas for the association. Anyone who completed the survey and entered their name and e-mail address at the end were entered into a drawing to win a free registration to the AUGS/IUGA Joint Scientific Meeting in Washington, D.C. The winner was chosen by assigning a random number between 1 and 436 to each person. The person assigned the number 1 would become the winner. Congratulations to Dr. Jens Prien from Denmark and thank you to everyone who completed the survey. We will follow-up with the results once they have been analyzed.

IUGA Membership Automatic Renewals – A New Option for Members
Have you ever forgotten to renew your IUGA membership and subsequently lost your online access to the IUJ or missed a hardcopy of the IUJ? Now you can avoid this by signing up for automatic membership renewals. You can sign up in one of two ways:
- When your membership is about to expire and you sign-in to renew, select "regular membership automatic renewal”; or
- During any other time of the year by e-mailing amy@iuga.org.
By signing-up for automatic renewals, you authorize IUGA to automatically charge your credit card US$150 (the regular membership fee) on your annual renewal date. Cancellation of the automatic renewal option can be done at any time by e-mailing amy@iuga.org.
For more information or questions, please contact Amy Cassini, Membership Manager, at amy@iuga.org. |
