Registration Full for IUGA’s First Webinar

There has been an overwhelming response to IUGA’s first webinar, an Update On Transvaginal Mesh. As a result, we have reached the upper limit of available spaces and have closed registration. Given the strong response to this first offering IUGA will investigate conducting the session a second time.  In the meantime, this first session is being recorded and will be available to be accessed in the next couple of weeks.  For information about this and upcoming webinars, please visit http://www.iuga.org/?page=webinar.

IUGA Booth at ICS Meeting

Please plan to visit IUGA at booth #7 at the upcoming ICS meeting in Barcelona from August 26-30.  Meet IUGA Board and other members and get information about membership, the upcoming 2014 joint scientific meeting with AUGS and the latest IUGA projects and programs.

If you are planning to attend the meeting and would like to volunteer your time at the IUGA booth to help speak with existing and potential IUGA members, please e-mail amy@iuga.org.

New Membership Rate for Members from Low Income and Lower-Middle Income Countries

The IUGA Board has identified a need to charge a lower membership fee for members from lower income countries. The reduced fee is US$100 and was set-up to encourage physicians from low-income and lower-middle-income economies, as defined by the World Bank, to become members and to help build urogynecology as a field of practice in their area of the world. In order to be eligible for this membership rate, a member or prospective member’s IUJ mailing address must match one of the countries listed on the World Bank list of low-income and lower-middle-income economies.

If you signed-up for an IUGA membership on or after June 1, 2013 and meet the criteria for this rate, but paid the regular membership fee, please contact Amy Cassini, Membership Manager, at amy@iuga.org.

To renew your IUGA membership, please click here or visit www.iuga.org/?membership to sign-up.
