SOCIAL EVENTS
Welcome Reception
The welcome reception for the meeting will take place on Wednesday from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the exhibit hall of the convention center. Join us for local food, beverages, networking and see all that the exhibitors have to offer as we kick-off the meeting in DC.
Friday Night Social Event
Get ready for some major fun during this year’s Friday night social event at Dirty Martini Bar! The event is a combination of the best elements of the IUGA gala dinner and the annual AUGS-ome karaoke event. The venue will feature several different rooms, with a quiet area to catch up with old friends, another for dancing and another area for AUGS’ annual karaoke fundraising event. The event is $100 to attend, and there is an additional cost if you want to participate in the karaoke competition. More information about this event will be on the AUGS-IUGA 2014 meeting web site as it becomes available.
