Call for abstracts-less than one month left to submit
The 2015 abstract submission system is closing in less than one month on February 1, 2015.  For more information or to submit your abstract, please visit, http://www.iugameeting.org/abstracts/. Disclosures must be submitted for all authors listed in the abstract submission. Please note, the submission deadline will not be extended.

Disclosures – as a friendly reminder, please don’t forget to submit your disclosure before February 1st. Remember the name and email in the disclosure must match with the abstract author information. All authors on the abstract must submit disclosures. Only one disclosure is required per meeting, per individual. 

Registration opens February 6th
Registration will open on Friday, February 6. A list of the registration rates can be found at http://www.iugameeting.org/registration/.

Important information about visas and invitation letters

Everyone entering France must have a valid passport, or in the case of European Union Member States, a national identity card. Some countries also require a visa. If you need to apply for a visa, please first register for the congress and pay your registration in full and request a visa letter through IUGA at iuga@clq-group.com. 2014 Q4 newsletter now available online for download
The latest version of the IUGA official newsletter is now available for download by members only. This newsletter features a debate on whether or not an oophorectomy should be performed at the time of vaginal hysterectomy to treat uterovaginal prolapse, an article on possible causes of urethritis in women, an update on the 2015 annual meeting and much more. Working Group for IUGA-ICS Joint Report on Terminology for Imaging in Women with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction-application deadline extended
The IUGA Terminology and Standardization Committee and the ICS Standardisation Steering Committee jointly invite applications from IUGA and ICS members who wish to contribute to a Working Group to develop a Standardisation Report on the Terminology for Imaging in Women with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction.
